Newsletter – March 2019

Dear CoreFit Family,

”First day of a new month means that no matter where you’ve been…today you get to start agin. Seize it!’
I love the feeling of starting a new month with fresh energy, new goals and the action plan to achieve them. March was another productive month with the CoreFit value add of doing Pilates while watching dolphins and being spoilt with the start of winter sunsets – yay.

One of my personal highlights of this last month has been working very closely with someone who has been part of the CoreFit family since 2014 and seeing him transition from attending classes to becoming one of our team members. I feel so proud of our newest instructor Zach who has put in hundreds of hours preparing to be a CoreFit instructor. It feels very special to have witnessed this journey from the start and cannot wait to see Zach succeed in this new chapter.

April is very exciting for us because we also welcome Garith to the CoreFit Team and that means we finally have our first male instructors on the schedule. We are always finding ways to keep CoreFit exciting, innovative and a place that has something that suits every body type and personality.

It was a fitting end to March having another fabulous team building session to welcome the boys to our CoreFit family. It was a reminder to me of how fortunate we are to have such a talented, entertaining and genuine group of people to represent CoreFit. I am thrilled to enter into a new month feeling confident that we continue to work hard to offer you the BEST experience.

April, we are ready for you…..

Introducing Zach…

I began practising pilates around 5 years ago after suffering sever back and shoulder pain. That was when I discovered my passion for it. Watching a body progress, strengthen, and begin to heal is one of the many rewards of being in this field. This is one of the reasons I decided to qualify as a pilates instructor. But it’s not just about the body, I believe that it is crucial to be able to achieve a mind-body awareness in order to maximize the many benefits that come from doing pilates. Having been part of the Core Fit family for all these years has heavily influenced my outlook on life and lifestyle and I am excited to begin this new phase with them.

“In family relationships, Love is really spelled T.I.M.E”

So thank you for making the time to add CoreFit into your life.

So so much love,
