I danced from the age of 6, I loved performing and was always quite a drama queen. After high school, I studied at the Waterfront Theatre College and majored in Dance. During my studies, I worked at Curves Gym part-time, where I gained a new found love for fitness and personal training. I went on to do a Zumba and Group Fitness Course, while also starting Boxing.This is when I learned to coach, and my passion for fitness grew even more. Dancing & Boxing fitness has such a deep connection for me, and these both keep me sane and strong.
I then did an online Pilates study to implement the principles and form into my training. I thrive on witnessing the improvement in my clients and being part of their fitness journey.
