Preggy Group Class

Specialized class for all pregnant ladies, where we focus on correct breathing and Kegal work. As well as upper body strength needed during pregnancy, labour and post birth. The classes are a great way for ladies to meet fellow Preggy’s and to de-stress.

Suggested Classes

Preggy Reformer Class at 5:30pm on Wednesday, its a small class of just 4 people.

Preggy clients are welcome to attend any Gentle Pilates or Mobilize & Stretch Class on the schedule:
(specific variations for exercises will be given please just notify the instructor)

  • Tuesday & Thursday 5:30pm
  • Sunday 9:30am (Mobilize & Stretch)
 
Intensity level: All levels – suitable for all mothers at any stage of pregnancy – from first trimester through to birth

Recommendations:

Socks are compulsory and slip resistant socks are advised.
