Specialized class for all pregnant ladies, where we focus on correct breathing and Kegal work. As well as upper body strength needed during pregnancy, labour and post birth. The classes are a great way for ladies to meet fellow Preggy’s and to de-stress.

 
Intensity level: All levels – suitable for all mothers at any stage of pregnancy – from first trimester through to birth
Post-Preggy Group Class

This class is aimed at new moms who are welcome to bring baby along to class. We cater to the needs of a post preggy body by releasing back and neck tension, rebuilding abdominals and reconnecting pelvic floor. This is a great chance for you to meet fellow moms, build strength, re-energize and have some much needed ‘you’ time.

 
Intensity level: All levels – suitable for all mothers at any stage post pregnancy who want to ease back into exercise.

Recommendations:

Socks are compulsory and slip resistant socks are advised.
