As well as being a Pilates Instructor, Robyn also offers Life Coaching to people looking to improve their lives. 

What Is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching can help you with any aspect of your life. It is a form of counselling that:

Note that Life Coaching is not therapy. Instead, it is an approach that leads with problem-solving techniques to help you to manage the different aspects of life.

Whether you are struggling with relationships, your career or your wellness (and stress management), there are different ways to overcome these problems and having the guidance of a Life Coach may change how you view these problems and helping you to overcome obstacles and succeed your goals, in both your professional and personal life.

Robyn’s Approach

Robyn sees Life Coaching as a tool to help you manage different aspects of life. Her focus area is transitional periods. So if you are between careers, moving forward with a relationship or struggling to embrace your purpose, she guides and helps you to develop skills so that you can make progress where you need to.

Robyn is earnest, beyond encouraging and she’s not afraid to ask the hard questions. She focusses on what each client needs and takes a holistic approach to empowering them to solve their own problems. Life Coaching with Robyn is unmatched. Know that there may be songs made up for you, they’ll definitely be hard advice given but whatever your goals are, you will feel like you have your very own cheerleader shouting you on from the sidelines of life.

The Process

Over five sessions, Robyn assesses and pin-points where it is that you need to focus in order to overcome the obstacles you are facing. Remember that Robyn isn’t here to fix your problems, instead, she helps you set goals and plans while giving you the tools, and developing the skills, that you need in order to reach them.

During this process, it is important that you feel empowered to make changes yourself. There will be homework between sessions so you need to be prepared to put in time in order to achieve results.

The five session plan is what’s recommended in order to make progress. However, Robyn does offer check-ins and is happy to continue with sessions if you both agree that it will be beneficial.
